Pawan Industries
Precision in every grain.
The Grain
Raw paddy, falling — becoming rice before it ever touches a plate.

Pawan
Industries
Heavy engineering, made quietly precise.
From paddy to pack, in one continuous line.

Inside the mill, up close.
We don't chase volume. We chase the grain that's right.
Every batch is cleaned, sorted, and graded by machines built for precision — not shortcuts. Nothing that leaves our mill is wasted: what isn't rice becomes fuel, feed, or oil elsewhere. Quality over quantity isn't a slogan here, it's the only way the line runs. And as the technology improves, so does the mill — this is a facility built to keep getting better.
A high-technology plant,
run with precision.
Pawan Industries operates one of the region's most technologically advanced rice milling facilities — optical color sorting, automated whitening systems, and precision-grade machinery working in tandem with an experienced team on the floor. Every stage, from raw paddy to graded, packed rice, runs through equipment built for consistency at scale. We continue to invest in the latest milling technology, because staying ahead on the line is what lets us hold the same standard of quality for every buyer, every batch — domestic and export alike.
From paddy to plate, in four stages.
Each stage, running. Tap any one to see it larger.
Cleaning & De-Stoning
Raw paddy passes through our cleaning line first — stones, husk fragments, and foreign matter removed before anything is milled.
Whitening
The Milltec Silk Master removes the bran layer with controlled precision — enough to polish, never enough to damage the grain.
Optical Color Sorting
Every grain passes under the Taiho sorter's optical sensors — discolored or broken grains are ejected automatically, grain by grain.
Grading & Packing
Sorted rice is graded into Tibar, Dubar, Mini Dubar and standard grades, then packed for both domestic distribution and export.
Every grain we grade, by name.
Basmati Varieties
- 1718 Basmati
- 1509 Basmati
- 1847 Basmati
- 1885 Basmati
Basmati Grades
- Tibar
- Dubar
- Mini Dubar
Rice Grades
- 1st Rice
- 2nd Rice
Milling is paused before the final polishing stage, so the bran layer is left intact — preserving natural texture and nutrients that fully milled white rice loses.
Four by-products. Zero waste. One operation.
Milling rice produces more than rice. Every by-product our line generates is sold on, not discarded — closing the loop instead of adding to it.
Rice Bran
Sold for rice bran oil extraction
Chilka (Husk)
Used as industrial fuel
Bhusi (Chaff)
Sold as cattle feed
Boiler Ash
Sold for construction and soil use
Technology, Driven by People
Our mill combines advanced technology with the expertise of our people. From modern processing machinery to automated systems and precision-based operations, every stage is designed for efficiency, consistency, and quality.
Our workers remain an essential part of the process — operating, monitoring, and maintaining the technology that keeps the mill running at its best. We continuously upgrade our machinery and processes to meet evolving industry standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful working environment.
Modern technology drives the process. Skilled people make it work.
